PRODUCT COVERED:

              USL, CNL, Swinging door closers of the spring hinge type, Model JFH4. These hinges measure 4 by 4 in. They are designed to be fully mortised within frame and door.

USE:

       Model JFH4 spring hinges are intended for use on swinging fire doors which are designed to be normally closed.

      The purpose of this spring hinge is to return a swinging fire door to its closed position after that door has been opened and released.

MARKING:

     The information contained on the listing Mark Data Page along with model designation shall be stamped or labeled onto one of the flanges. The markings shall be legible.

     In addition, the listee¡¯s name, trademark, or File No.R15101 shall appear on the product.

     Also, door closers listed to Canadian requirements shall be marked with door closer size number indicated below.
